Giving back to our community through charities we support.
Since partnering in 2007, Matt and Randall have been committed to giving back to the Charleston community. In 2019, we decided to make our contributions more intentional and impactful by creating the Giving Back Program.
As part of this initiative, we donate 5% of our commission from your closing to a local organization of your choice from our selected list.
We have personally volunteered with these incredible groups—helping replace roofs with HomeWorks and gaining invaluable insight while touring the Lowcountry Food Bank. The need in our community is great, and we’re honored to support these organizations.
We’re also happy to contribute to a school, church, or local animal rescue group of your choice because giving back is at the heart of what we do.

Home Works Charleston provides critical home repairs to elderly, disabled, and low-income homeowners, ensuring safe and dignified living conditions.
Charleston Animal Society advocates for the humane treatment of animals, offering adoption, medical care, and educational programs to improve animal welfare in the community.

Friends of the Fisher House Charleston supports the Fisher House, which offers a comforting home away from home for families of hospitalized veterans and military members.
